Most paths, gates, and lookouts have all been closed after a decision saying that this location is not suitable for human activity.
Reason for closure
Since 2023, there have been 1,278 confirmed deaths connected with incidents inside the restricted zone. Current safety measures remain in place while investigations continue.
Reports refer to an unidentified, human-like organism listed in internal records as UNIDENTIFIED.

This is not currently confirmed, as most people who saw UNIDENTIFIED were mauled before they could get a photo. The only real sightings were grainy photos taken from above H.P.

Known case: Finley Williams
Finley Williams, 19, was reported missing after entering a closed trail in August 2024. He was described as grayscale in appearance, with pure black hair, a grey outfit, and black jeans.
His case remains one of the most widely discussed Halcyr Peaks incidents. Further details have not been released.
